There have been some minor updates for 2023.  These include:

• 2.6.1 - Previous winners are eligibile for the Dick Willis Award
• 2.6.2 - Active umpires are eligible for the Lifetime Achievement Award
• 3.5 - The umpire and supervisor discipline policy now falls within the Baseball Canada Safe Sport Framework
• the former 8.5 Code of Conduct has been removed, as umpire and supervisor conduct is now governed by the Baseball Canada Code of Conduct
